1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and PB888 ("PB888," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the PB888 website located at pb888.app, its mobile application, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by PB888, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on PB888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style online gaming.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of PB888, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the PB888 Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PB888 or any relevant regulatory authority.

PB888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by PB888 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the PB888 Platform, you must register for an account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.

You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times. PB888 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the PB888 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices, is strictly prohibited. PB888 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password.
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access or use your account.
• You must notify PB888 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• PB888 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

PB888 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

4 Deposits & Payments

PB888 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at PB888's discretion.

All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day, as displayed on the deposit page within your account. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.

• Deposits are generally credited to your PB888 account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• PB888 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
• PB888 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which PB888 accepts no responsibility.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your account. Contact PB888 support immediately if you believe an error has occurred.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted through your PB888 account dashboard. All withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed the required Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name. PB888 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction, as displayed on the withdrawal page. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
• Any bonus funds credited to your account must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before the corresponding winnings can be withdrawn.
• PB888 targets processing of withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed on the withdrawal page, subject to verification requirements and payment provider processing times.

PB888 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. In such cases, PB888 will notify you of the reason for the delay where permitted by law.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

PB888 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and tournament prize pools. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. PB888 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer is subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the specific terms of each offer.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period specified in the offer. Expired bonuses will be automatically removed from your account.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses may only be used on games specified in the offer terms. Wagering on excluded games will not contribute to wagering requirement completion.
• PB888 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress will be honoured.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploitation of bonus terms, or coordinated wagering to circumvent wagering requirements, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the PB888 Platform operate using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and audited to ensure fairness and randomness of outcomes. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the game information panel.

By participating in any game on the PB888 Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Game outcomes are determined by the certified RNG and are not influenced by PB888 or any third party.
• The rules of each game, as displayed within the game interface, constitute the binding rules for that game. In the event of any discrepancy between displayed rules and these Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail for matters relating to gameplay.
• Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays. In the event of a game malfunction, PB888 will investigate and resolve the issue in accordance with its technical support procedures.
• PB888 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of technical error, software malfunction, or exploitation of a software vulnerability.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the PB888 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or its games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime using the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or technology used by the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing PB888 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts in violation of the single-account policy.

9 Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its Content solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Content without PB888's prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Content.
• Use any Content for commercial purposes or in any manner that competes with PB888's business.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from any Content.

The PB888 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of PB888. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

11 Privacy & Data

PB888 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

PB888 implements industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and PB888 cannot guarantee absolute security.

PB888 may be required to disclose your personal data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or other third parties where required by applicable law or in connection with the investigation of suspected fraud or other illegal activity.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PB888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

PB888's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your PB888 account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

PB888 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors or interruptions, or that any defects will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

PB888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other policy incorporated herein.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a notification from a relevant regulatory authority.
• Inactivity of your account for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds and amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your account at any time by contacting PB888 support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.

14 Amendments to These Terms

PB888 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, PB888 will provide reasonable notice by posting a prominent notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending an email notification to the address registered on your account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is indicated at the top of this page. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision shall be deemed deleted. Any modification or deletion of a provision shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these Terms.
